I just wanted to say thank you for managing the reception at my daughters wedding on Saturday.

It was without exception brilliantly done and the standards of service , presentation and quality of food and drink outstanding.

We were absolutely delighted with the food and service on the day. From day 1 we have been highly impressed with your professionalism and organisation. The food was really delicious - amazing to have such high quality food for 140 people. Many of our guests complimented the food. A guest who has been to many weddings said it was the best wedding food he had ever tasted and I think lots of people agreed with this.

What they didn't necessarily see, were the things the team did behind the scenes to make sure the day ran smoothly. From checking we had the right number of tables, to meeting everyone's dietary requirements perfectly, our expectations were exceeded. Hannah and Mark were brilliant on the day. They helped us to decide what to do about the receiving line and the photographs which had to change because of the rain. Mark even stepped in to help with our whole wedding party photograph and to ask everyone to stand up for the bride and groom. He gave tips to the best man, and dealt with any issues efficiently and with humour! All the staff were fantastic and it meant that the day was seamless.

We'd like to thank you personally for taking on every request we made, advising us on all the tiniest details, and always staying in communication with us. I know we must have created quite a lot of work with lots of changes and little extras.

We are still waiting for the official photos but I can send a couple our friends have taken.

May I say that we were absolutely delighted with the venue, it was perfect in every way. There was so much space for all the guests to wander and admire the beautiful gardens – and many certainly did just that. The weather was an absolute bonus as it enabled us all to fully appreciate the lovely surroundings.

A special thank you to Sally for all her help –nothing was a problem and she was eager to help in any way she could.

Both my daughter and new son-in-law were absolutely thrilled with their wedding day, and we thank you very much.

I really wanted to send you an email to say thank you so much for everything on Saturday.

I know I said this already on Saturday night but I wanted to prove to you it was not just the wine talking – you, Mark and all the rest of the team really were absolutely exceptional. The food was fantastic, the service was absolutely flawless but not at all stuffy, and generally I and everybody else cannot say enough good things about you. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We loved Mark serving us our canapés off our own special platter!

Our guests were really complimentary about the food and service as well, even those who are not usually easily pleased were really impressed.

I am racking my brains trying to think of another excuse to have you cater for an event!

I wanted to write and tell you that you and your whole team were just fantastic yesterday. People are raving about the food they had and while we knew the food would be delicious we didn't expect that the service would be so attentive yet so unobtrusive.  Everything yesterday was so seamless and that was entirely down to you, Scott, Joanne and the rest of the team.

People keep asking me if I had a terribly stressful time organising a wedding in a relatively short timescale and I can honestly say I have not had one moment of stress and again that is because of you and Claire at Mount Ephraim.

A big thank you for all you did for our son’s special day. The attention to detail was very impressive, we all did say. The waitresses were excellent, the service unique and precise. Hi guys,

We just wanted to send a massive thank you for making our wedding day on the 27th at Mount Ephraim so special.

Everything was just brilliant from our initial menu tasting, the pre-wedding service and then on the day all the chefs, the bar staff to the servers and everyone else who played a part. The food was brilliant and literally everyone has commented to us how impressed they were with the service and the food itself. I have been to many weddings and this was by far the best food and service I have ever seen.

A special thanks to Joanna and the bar manager (I am really sorry that I have forgotton her name because she was superb) because they were out of this world - we felt really looked after and that was really nice to have.

Thank you both very much indeed for opening your home to us on the 22nd September. We enjoyed a wonderful wedding day – everything about it was perfect. Mount Ephraim certainly played its part in generating an atmosphere to remember. So many of our guests have since commented favourably on our choice of venue. We wish to say a particular thank you to Sally who helped us with the set-up of the rooms and offered very useful suggestions. We’ve been left with many happy memories to treasure.
