We are delighted to have 3 carefully designed drinks selections that provide excellent value for money. Each selection has been chosen using our wealth of knowledge and includes a variety of reception drinks, hand-picked table wines and toasting bubbly for your special day including chic elegant glassware. All drinks selections can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
We also offer corkage on wine and champagne/cava/prosecco or a set service charge throughout the day for clients that wish to bring in their own beverages. The service charge is based on the duration of the event, number of guests attending and includes chilling of beverages, service staff, glassware, drinks measures, ice buckets, tongs, ice and garnish.
Bar service
A premium bar service including a range of high quality spirits, beer, wines, champagne and soft drinks, together with smartly uniformed bar staff, glassware, ice, measures and garnish. The bar can be offered on a cash basis or on account if you wish to pay for your guests drinks for part of the day or throughout the whole event.

A new Boutique Bar will be in place at Mount Ephraim by April 2011, which means you will have the luxury of a dedicated bar room at the heart of the house creating extra space and a new dimension to your big day.
Located in the 'Little Blue Sitting Room' adorned with a stunning Victorian mirror over the fire mantelpiece, this room is flooded with natural daylight and has a very calm and elegant charm. Leading directly off the Main Hall and merely a step away from the Drawing Room where the wedding breakfasts take place, you could not ask for a better hub for your wedding party.
