Woodrose Restaurant and Edwardian Tea Garden
During the opening times listed above, a warm welcome awaits you at Woodrose, situated in what used to be the servants quarter in the left wing of the magnificant historic house that is Mount Ephraim.
The menu at Woodrose has been designed to offer traditional light meals that include salads, quiches, fresh sandwiches, delicious home-made cakes as well as cream teas and high teas. There is the added flexibility of being able to offer a more substantial hot food menu to pre-booked parties. A wide selection of hot and cold drinks is available including Kentish wine and local ales.
All our ingredients are sourced locally, wherever possible to ensure high quality and freshness. ... Not to mention the fact that Mount Ephraim grow some of the country's best Kentish Cherries, strawberries, plums, apples, pears and cobnuts!
