Please note:

All venue fee rates are exclusive of VAT. The VAT rate will apply subject to each invoice date, and payments will be subject to change with any subsequent variations in VAT.

For ceremony only bookings, a deposit of £200 (non-returnable) is payable to secure your booking.  For all other bookings, a deposit of £500 (non-returnable) is payable to secure your booking (covers venue costs) with the balance due six weeks before your wedding. You will also have to pay a deposit of £500 direct to Scott Anderson Ltd for your catering.

Marquee, Menu and Wine prices are in addition to the Venue Hire fee. Registrar fees are not included.

Please note if you wish to book a date in 2012 or beyond, we provide quotes based on our current prices and we honour these prices upon issuing the invoice. However, please be aware that prices are reviewed periodically, at the discretion of Mount Ephraim Directors.
