The Dawes family will welcome you and make you feel totally at ease. They enjoy sharing their home with you, ensuring you have the very best day possible.

Weddings often mean some friends and family have to travel from far away and we know you want to make their life as easy and comfortable as possible. That’s why at Mount Ephraim we include accommodation for your guests as part of our package.

If you have your wedding celebration at Mount Ephraim you will have exclusive access to our amazing wedding coordinator, who on the day will take care of all the details, supplier liaising and organisation, so you can totally relax.
4. Plenty of time to prepare
We know how much planning and time it takes to create your perfect day. At Mount Ephraim we never book back to back weddings, so you can have all the time you need.
You will have access to the venue the day before your big day and the day after too.
5. Food glorious food
Feeding your guests and delivering exceptional food and service is very important. We work exclusively with Scott Anderson who are award winning Kent caterers. They will discuss menu choices and create your desired wedding feast.
6. Mount Ephraim is very personable
Mount Ephraim House and Gardens is a perfect venue for small intimate celebrations or big parties. It’s up to you. You may decide to marry in the gardens in our Wedding Pavilion or inside the house. You can even make your mind up a few days before and wait on the weather – we can adapt to suit you.
7. Room for a marquee
We know lots of couples have dreams of a big marquee and finding a venue that can accommodate this can be tricky. Our large front lawn makes a wonderful place to have a marquee or chill-out yurt. We can cater for 200+.
8. Free parking
When your guests arrive, they will be able to park easily onsite and it’s totally free. It’s not often you go to a wedding and don’t have to worry about parking.

Mount Ephraim House and Gardens is minutes from the M2 and ideally situated close to Faversham with its excellent rail links to London and beyond. Both Canterbury and Whitstable are only ten minutes away.
