Mount Ephraim Gardens Wedding Prices

The Mount Ephraim Wedding Package includes full venue hire and accommodation with breakfast for 22 guests for two nights. Catering and drinks on the wedding day are provided by our exclusive catering partner, Scott Anderson Ltd.

Package prices are based on 60 daytime guests and 80 evening guests; however, guest numbers can be adjusted to suit your plans, with bespoke catering and drinks pricing available. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

The Mount Ephraim Wedding Package includes:

Venue Hire

  • Hire of the main house and access to our 10 acres of stunning Edwardian gardens
  • Wedding ceremony in a choice of our three stunning licensed areas including the garden
  • Beautiful reception rooms and boutique bar for your wedding reception with dancing in the main hall
  • Dressing Room for wedding morning preparations
  • Cake stand, easel and PA system
  • Full wedding co-ordination in the lead up to and on your big day
  • Access to the house the day before for wedding preparations and day after to gather your belongings

Accommodation for up to 22 people for the night before and on the night of the wedding

  • Sir Edwyn Wedding Suite for the wedding couple
  • The Garden Wing for 2 nights – a fully furnished self-catering Wing with six double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, large kitchen diner, private terrace & games room with snooker table
  • Four additional double ensuite guest rooms in the West Wing with stunning views of the gardens
  • A continental breakfast for all 22 guests on the morning of the wedding day
  • A Full English Breakfast for all 22 guests on the morning after your wedding

Discounts

  • For House Reception with no ceremony, please deduct £500 from the above price.
  • For mid-week weddings on Mondays to Thursdays (excluding school holidays), please deduct £1500 from the above prices. For Monday to Thursday weddings in school holidays please deduct £500 from the above price.
  • For marquee weddings, please deduct £1,000 from the above price but please note this does not include the cost of the marquee hire, catering tent, front and back bar hire and tables and chairs which you will need to source separately.

Welcome Drinks and Canapes

Two welcome drinks with a choice of cold, hot and sweet canapes served inside the Main Hall or on the front lawn

Wedding Breakfast 

Three-course Wedding Breakfast served in our Reception Rooms or marquee, with a wide choice of menu options

Drinks Collections

To include half a bottle of wine during the wedding breakfast and a glass of bubbles for the toast with supplements available for champagne and cocktails.

Evening Platters 

A choice of evening platters including fish and chips, pulled pork buns with French fries or bacon rolls which are served around to your guests

These catering and drinks prices are separate to the Mount Ephraim venue hire and accommodation prices listed above. The combined prices for the whole package are detailed at the top of the page.

Children aged 6-11 are priced at half price. Under 6s are free and over 12s are full price. These prices are inclusive of all staff, cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen and cake cutting. They also include a menu tasting where you will sample your chosen menus and the Scott Anderson Ltd team will talk you through every aspect of your wedding day to ensure nothing has been overlooked.

There are supplements available for alternative wedding breakfast such as BBQs and delicious alternative evening food including finger buffets, BBQs, bowl food and crepe stands.
