I do not have enough good things to say about Mount Ephraim as a venue and Lucy as our wedding coordinator. The grounds and interiors were stunning, and it was really special having the whole wedding party staying with us before and after the big day. The B&B catering was also very warmly received by all our guests. From start to finish, Lucy made us feel like everything was under control, expertly managing logistics while still maintaining a personal touch and a warm smile. The whole team were warm and enthusiastic, and genuinely made it feel like our own stately home for the weekend.

We are so grateful for all you did to make our special day as magical as it was. We fell in love with Mount Ephraim the moment we saw it on a rainy January afternoon back in 2023, and over a year and a half later, we are so glad we picked it as our wedding venue. It felt like home. You were so wonderful in the lead up to the day, helping us organise the logistics with your enthusiasm and kindness always adding to our experience. 

When it came to the day itself, Clare was just brilliant with us. She was relaxed (at least on the outside, to help us feel calm and ready to go) but she had everything in hand. Her warmth really shone through. 

We are so grateful, and we feel very privileged to have Mount Ephraim forever a part of our special day.

Words cannot express our thanks to you and the team at Mount Ephraim for the planning and arrangements for our wedding. 

All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of Mount Ephraim House and Gardens- it is a magical place and we knew from that 1st meeting with you that it was "the one". To be able to all stay together for the weekend was priceless and the wonderful memories made will live with us forever.

The day itself was perfect- if we did it all again- we wouldn't change a thing.

Thank you so much! Everyone we encountered was absolutely fantastic! We felt so well looked after but also free to roam and sort things out at our own pace. The house is phenomenal as well and we had so many nice comments about our choice of venue.

We would like to say a huge thanks to you all for making our wedding weekend so spectacular and making our guests all feel so welcome.

We had lots of comments from people saying it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, due to the combination of the beautiful venue, the delicious food and wonderful service.  

We’re so pleased we chose Mount Ephraim and we will definitely be back for one of your events, or just to visit the gardens in the future. 

I would like to thank you immensely for the very happy wedding that we had on Saturday. Your guidance, caring and professional help was amazing. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the catering staff were so efficient. Lovely young people. All the guests have said that it was the best wedding ever attended and the most beautiful venue too.

"What an incredible venue! From booking our wedding with Lucy, and arranging visits during the ease of lockdown measures, right up to the morning after the big day; Mount Ephraim was the perfect venue for our wedding and Lucy and the team were amazing. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the grounds & house are, as well as the incredible food supplied by Scott Anderson Catering. Lucy made arranging the fine details of our day so easy and stress-free. She really made us feel at home and looked after, in order to have the most perfect day. 

Surrounded by our loved ones and friends, our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more. From a very family orientated background, Mount Ephraim and all of its staff feel like (and some are!) one huge family. The bedrooms are beautiful and the bridal party loved their stay on the night of our wedding - even getting a glimpse of the Classic Car Show out on the front lawns the next morning - what a treat! Breakfast in the Tea Rooms was superb and the team were incredible (Thank you Sophie & Elliott!).

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much to all the staff at Mount Ephraim for giving us a magical wedding- we look forward to coming back to visit on our anniversary in the future! 

They have really thought of everything at Mount Ephraim; there is a space for getting ready with beautiful views over the parkland (and a stunning bathroom!); accommodation on site for several guests (and the newlyweds on their wedding night); parking on-site; in-house bar; they will put you in touch with the caterers themselves, etc etc... So much thought has gone into their offer, and it really makes a difference. For example, having the beautiful on-site accommodation made it so much easier for several of our guests who were travelling a long way to come to our wedding.

Lucy was a calm, smiling presence on hand to help with getting things set up for the wedding, getting us settled in the accommodation, and throughout the day itself. Our wedding day was a bit of a blur as you might expect, but we felt completely supported and never badgered or hurried. 

We want to say thank you so much to Lucy and the Mount Ephraim team. We really felt that you were happy to support us in creating the wedding we wanted to have and that you took real pleasure in doing so. Everyone there from housekeeping to catering (B&B) to front of house and management played a key part in our day running smoothly and being as special as it was.

We had the most wonderful three days celebrating at Mount Ephraim with our friends and family. It felt completely perfect being able to stay in the Garden Wing in the run up, and to get the chance to properly enjoy the beautiful house and gardens. Our Danish family were completely blown away by the experience of staying in quintessential English country house.  The wedding itself all came together perfectly. Our guests had a lovely time and we had so many comments about how unique and special the venue is.  

We had our wedding here in May 2023 and it was amazing! It was everything we could have asked. Lucy was brilliant! We only had a small wedding but nothing was a problem for Lucy. She gave us ideas of what to do and was always there when we had any questions. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! We got married inside as I HAD TO walk down that beautiful staircase! It really made me feel like a princess! The pictures that was taken in the gardens are beautiful and there is nothing I would change. Thank you!

Thank you for everything and for your kindness throughout the whole 2 years of planning and letting us use your family home. It was such a wonderful day and everyone said how beautiful the venue was. And dance floor was still big enough to do all the Greek dancing! We will be back for our anniversary next year. 

It was an honour having our special day at beautiful Mount Ephraim! It truly was a dream for me and it felt like it all came true last Saturday! 

We wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the team for looking after us last weekend and making sure everything runs smoothly! The whole weekend seemed so effortless for us, and all that is down to the team at Mount Ephraim! Everyone was so lovely, welcoming and accommodating, we truly couldn’t have asked for better people to organise/run the event!

And, of course, the house and the gardens were stunning! You have such a beautiful house and I am sure we will be coming back for many walks around the gardens for years to come! 

The whole day was absolutely incredible and we cannot thank you and the team enough! 

Thank you again so much for the day, it felt a cut above the rest in terms of other venues, you could really tell it is a venue that is run by a family that love it.

We are just emailing to thank you and Emily again for our wonderful wedding. We absolutely loved everything about Mount Ephraim and thought the day ran so smoothly. We couldn’t recommend your beautiful home highly enough and we can’t wait to return at some point in the near future. All our guests thought it was absolutely wonderful too.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you. We had the most perfect day, with perfect weather in the perfect setting. We love Mount Ephraim and are so happy we chose to get married there. Thank you for being so accommodating with the numerous date changes, and for being on hand yesterday to check we were happy and that everything was going ok.
