We have a full programme of events planned every season including family days, a classic car show and farming events organised by Mount Ephraim. We also have a number of events organised by third parties including outdoor theatre productions, a music festival, day retreats and a 10k run. The cost to attend our Mount Ephraim organised events is just our normal garden entry fee and ticket sales are usually released 6-8 weeks before each event and will be on sale via this page. Season ticket holders can come for free to events organised within the garden season, but must still register to attend so we can monitor capacity. We don’t offer discounted entry for HH Members or any 2 for 1 offers on our event days. For tickets to the outdoor theatre, retreat days, the 10k run and A New Day Festival please purchase tickets directly from the organisers. Event Terms and Conditions can be seen here.

Earth Photo 2026 Exhibition
2nd Sep 2026 - 4th Oct 2026
Read more2nd September to 4th October 2026
We’re delighted to welcome Earth Photo 2026 to Mount Ephraim Gardens this September, bringing a fascinating collection of photographs to the gardens.
Earth Photo is a world-leading international programme celebrating photography and film that explores our planet, its people and the environments we share. The exhibition invites us to look at the world around us in new ways, encouraging us to pause, reflect and consider the changing relationship between people and the natural world.
The selected works explore themes including nature, people, place and space, forests, land and seascapes, as well as the impacts of climate change and the ways in which people and the natural world are adapting to it.
Explore the exhibition in the gardens
At Mount Ephraim, the exhibition will be displayed in the gardens, creating an opportunity to discover the photographs as you wander through our ten acres of historic gardens.
The exhibition will sit alongside the changing landscapes of Mount Ephraim, offering visitors the chance to experience the images within a beautiful natural setting.
We hope the exhibition will encourage you to look a little more closely at the world around you – and perhaps see familiar landscapes and the natural environment in a different way.
About Earth Photo
Earth Photo was established in 2018 and is a partnership between the Royal Geographical Society, Parker Harris and Photoworks, with Forestry England as its founding partner.
Each year, Earth Photo celebrates outstanding still and moving image work from around the world, highlighting the stories behind the images and opening up conversations about our planet, its inhabitants and our changing climate.
The 2026 exhibition features shortlisted photographers and filmmakers whose work offers thought-provoking perspectives on the world we live in.
Find out more about Earth Photo here and watch the video interview with Britta Jaschinski, this year's Earth Photo Award recipient here.
Earth Photo will be at Mount Ephraim Gardens from Wednesday 2 September to Sunday 4 October 2026 and is included with garden admission. There is no need to pre-book your visit.
Come and explore the exhibition as you wander through the gardens, and discover a different perspective on our world through the eyes of some of today's most inspiring photographers and image makers.
